 Embellishments by BellaRose Creations.

Getting ready High Tide

  

The steering wheel is Kaisercraft using Kaisercraft 

all so the High Tide papers and paper wheel cut out, 

papertole technique. The Wooden wheel is aged

 with Texture paste stencil, raw umber

 Kaisercraft paint and rubbed with copper

 3D Viva Decor paint
